Bikram Yoga Queenstown
The 30 Day Challenge is an amazing introduction to Bikram Yoga and the real benefits of a daily practice, and starts Monday October 11th- Nov 12th. We will add 2 early classes to help students plan their Challenges, Wed and Fri 6:30 am. Everyone welcome to attend early classes.

It is very powerful for people and well worth the effort. Those wanting to start with a light and do-able 12 Day detox (through Emma Pierce with QT Natropothy, call her on 027 277 0197). The detox is a good reminder to get back to simple whole foods and makes you feels wonderful. Combine that with a month of Bikram Yoga and the body and mind will be lighter, happier and better than ever.

Bikram Yoga is designed to “scientifically” warm and stretch muscles, ligaments, and tendons in the order in which they should be stretched.
The series has 26 postures (or asanas) and 2 breathing exercises. It promotes the cleansing of the body and release of toxins and utmost flexibility.
The practice of Bikram Yoga will also help you develop muscles. Bikram Yoga is not about being flexible, but about strengthening your body and your spine in all directions with the goal of creating a union between the body, mind & spirit.
All that matters is to try the right way without pushing yourself too far.
If practiced consistently, Bikram Yoga will make you feel and look 10 years younger. It will help you understand and improve any number of physical problems from the inside of the body to the outside. It is specifically designed to increase the vitality of the body on a cellular level thus increasing the bodies ability to heal on all levels.
