Lynn Whitlow is owner of the one of the most unique and successful Bikram Yoga studios, the Funky Door in San Fransisco. She is on the faculty of the Bikram Teacher Trainings and is a judge for the international yoga competitions. Students and teachers from all over the world seek out Lynn for her knowledge and passion of the BIkram yoga series.
Friday 6-8pm Master Class, 3 postures will be discussed in great length, hard class, meant for everyone really in to deepening their practice, wanting to sweat hard, struggle harder and make break-throughs. It can also be softer, if you are newer to the practice or have body stuff actively going on, and just want to give it a try learn more. This class $49
Saturday 2-6 pm Posture Clinic, 2 hours each covering standing and floor series with questions in workshop style, room warm. $99
Sunday 9:30-11 am Community Class- Lynn teaches class. Come prepared with water, mat and towel. $29 (Please note everyone must pay for this class)
