Lynn Whitlow Workshop July 30-Aug 1!
“It’s just like training”
Lynn Whitlow is the owner/director of The Funky Door in San Fransisco, the most successful and oldest Bikram Yoga Studio in the Bay area. Students and studio owners come from all over the world to study with Lynn. She is a main teacher for the Bikram Yoga teacher trainings as well as a judge for the International Yoga Competitions. She will had detail and depth to all our practices. You can ask questions and will get answers.

Fri July 30th, 6-8 pm Master Class $49
3 postures are discussed in great length- 2 standing postures
and 1 floor posture.
Students who come to the Master Class, will experience a
mini seminar like effect.
This class is more intense; postures are held a little longer,
class is a little more challenging and a little more
definitive.
Sat July 31st, Posture Seminar 2-6pm Posture clinic- Half the time spent on covering the standing series and half the time, the floor series. About 2 hours each, the class is warm temperature, not hot but dress lightly. Workshop style, students welcome to ask questions.

Sun, Aug 1st, Community Class 9:30-11 am $29 Lynn will teach our Sunday morning class to wrap up the weekend!
