Donation class Fridays 6-7:30pm
Koha is a perfect opportunity to bring the community together and to do something positive not only for yourself but for those around you.
We donated $310 this month to Animals Asia, www.animalsasia.org. an amazing organization dedicated to banning the use of bear bile (which has over 50 herbal and synthetic substitutes for it’s use) and setting up huge sanctuaries for the rescued Moon Bears to live. They are also dedicated to having our most loyal of friends, cats and dogs, be treated like pets (not food) with programs in schools and hospitals helping our companion animals to be our best companions.
Our charity choices will be local and international, suggestions always welcome.
Sweat, laugh and work harder than you ever thought possible and leave the studio feeling brand new, ready for your Friday night. Bring your friends and family, absolute beginners very welcome.
1st timers and new students

What is Bikram Yoga?
Bikram Yoga is beginner’s yoga. Bikram yoga was designed for Westerners with bad backs and bad knees and junk bodies. That’s you! Bikram yoga is a 26 posture series practiced in a heated room for 90 minutes.
Looks easy right?
Well, Bikram Yoga is practiced in a 38-40 degrees room. Dress lightly, shorts and sports tops. The lighter dressed you are, the happier you will be.
Why the heat?
The recommended temperature is minimum 105F degrees and about 40% humidity.
Some of the benefits of the heat:
- Vaso-dialation helps clean the circulatory system
- Warms the muscles for greater flexibility
- Helps achieve a deeper stretch
- Flushes toxins from the body
- Much much more
So come along, bring a friend, bring a towel and some water and try something new for a good cause!
