Bikram’s 26 Posture Series
Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 postures that comes from an advanced series of 84 postures. Bikram Yoga is practiced in a heated room. Very often new students will feel all sorts of uncomfortable sensations when they start their practice. This is simply detoxing and waking up the body. Very soon, with regular practice, these symptoms go away and the practioner feels rejuvinated and energetic from practice.
